David Melone has been with USC Marshall School of Business since Fall of 2018. David is a distinguished educational technologist with over two decades of experience in instructional design and eLearning. He currently serves as the Director of Instructional Design at the USC Marshall School of Business, where he leads a team of instructional designers in creating and enhancing online and hybrid graduate programs. David's expertise lies in collaborating with faculty and program staff to develop high-quality courses, providing comprehensive training to ensure effective use of educational technology and pedagogy, and enhancing accessibility for course materials.
As Assistant Dean,Dr. Porter works with the Academic Director, professional staff, and student leaders to develop, communicate, and administer a full range of student advising and program services, including supporting faculty teaching and student organizations. She collaborates with other administrators at Marshall to direct the implementation of new program innovations and promote an outstanding student experience.
Dr. Porter hasover 20 years of higher education administration experience. She received her B.A. in International Relations from USC, and an MBA and a Ph.D. in Leadership from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
Anne Ziemniak is a seasoned higher education administration professional and currently serves as Assistant Dean, External Relations. Anne is responsible for leading advancement strategy in the areas of stewardship and donor relations, donor communications, alumni relations, and all aspects of advancement operations to foster connection, engagement, and a philanthropic mindset among constituents that supports the mission, goals, and priorities of USC Marshall and USC Leventhal. Prior to her current role, she served in several student affairs leadership positions at Marshall including in the Full-Time MBA Program and Undergraduate Programs.
