Karen Green

  • Program Manager, Business of Energy Transition Initiative

Karen Green joined the Business of Energy Transition Initiative as Program Manager. She specializes in program planning, relationship management, and development of student experiences. She is excited to apply her skills to advance the strategic goals of the Business of Energy Transition Initiative by fostering relationships with key industry partners and orchestrating energy industry related experiences for students.

Prior to joining the team, Karen worked in sales and marketing for the Dow Chemical Company serving customers in the composites and coating industries. She is a winner of the Dow Chemical Company Pinnacle Award for sales excellence. She taught courses in Business Management and Communications at two California Community Colleges where she was recognized for supporting student success.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
