Staff Council Members
Sara McLachlan is the senior associate director for the specialized masters programs and manages seven of Marshall’s graduate certificate programs. She is a founding member of the DEI fellows program, serves on the Marshall Staff Council (including one term as chair), and serves on the operational cabinet.
Lanore Larson is Educational Program Designer at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Lanore works with Marshall graduate and undergraduate faculty in every department and program in curriculum design and instructional professional development.
Matt oversees Customer Relationship Management applications including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, DocuSign, and Calendly.
Dannielle is a technologist and data enthusiast.
Associate Director of the Operations and Infrastructure Services group within Marshall Information Technology.
Terry Lichvar is the Senior Assistant for the Department of Finance and Business Economics. She holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the USC Viterbi School of Engineering. She is also an inaugural member and former Finance Chair of the Marshall Staff Council.
Terry administers the non-academic activities and programs within FBE including four weekly Seminar Series, Tenure-Track Faculty Recruiting, and Special Events and Conferences. She is also the Coordinator for the CFA Institute Chartered Financial Analyst™ (CFA™) Exam USC Student Scholarships. Terry is FBE's unofficial technical and computer consultant, frequently sharing her expertise with computers, printers, software, copiers, fax machines, and all other things electronic with FBE's faculty and staff. She previously worked as an administrator in the Flexible Education Program, a now discontinued Department formerly run by the School of Business, and as an engineer with the USC Distance Education Network in the Viterbi School of Engineering.
Jamie Saure manages the logistics and student services for the MBV program. Before joining MBV in 2014, Jamie worked as program manager for the Executive MBA program at UCLA Anderson School of Management for 6 ½ years. She coordinated international and domestic events, administered the EMBA Exchange and certificate programs, and supervised student clerks. Jamie also worked at UCLA Extension in 2003 as Office Manager and Program Assistant for the Paralegal Training Program. Jamie graduated Magna Cum Laude from USC in Political Science and she minored in Pre-law. She earned her Masters in Paralegal Studies from George Washington University and her Masters in Human Resources Management at USC Bovard School. Jamie recently completed the Executive Leadership, Performance Leadership, and DE&I Certificates from Cornell University. She also became one of the inaugural members of the Marshall School’s Aspiring Leaders Program. Jamie also completed the UCLA Women’s Leadership Academy for Mid-Career Professionals in June 2023. Jamie lives in Glendale with her husband Bryan and has two children, Sofia and Ezekiel.
April Tam is the Director of Stewardship and Donor Relations for the USC Marshall School of Business and the USC Leventhal School of Accounting. In this role she oversees the administration of nearly 350 donor-funded scholarships that are awarded each year to thousands of students to help retain and recruit the brightest and best students to USC. April’s decade-long service to the Trojan family includes other roles such as corporate relations, annual fund and reunions. As a first-generation college student, April is a strong believer in the power of education. Her goal is to help donors make an impact through the power of philanthropy and level the playing field for access to education for all. April earned her bachelor's from Ithaca College, her Masters in Social Entrepreneurship from the Marshall School of Business at USC and her Executive Masters of Leadership from the Price School of Public Policy at USC. Outside of work, her passions include hot yoga, escape rooms and spending time with her family and two corgis.
Wayne is the Relationship Manager for Marshall IT. He is responsible for aligning Marshall IT services with the needs and planned direction of the Marshall School of Business.
