The USC Marshall Executive MBA is a 22-month, part-time program designed for experienced professionals looking to advance into senior leadership while continuing to work. The flexible format includes weekly Tuesday evening virtual classes, biweekly Saturday sessions on USC’s campus, and an international residency. The curriculum is organized around ten integrated modules that combine strategy, finance, leadership, and more, reflecting real-world business challenges. International Business
The six-day international experience focuses on the challenges of conducting business effectively in a global market. Students visit local businesses and meet with executives from national, joint venture, and transnational corporations. This international experience gives students a firsthand understanding of global business dynamics, exposing them to diverse markets, leadership styles, and economic environments.

Laurence "Larry" Vincent is an award-winning author, researcher, and marketing leader. He has developed strategies for many of the world's most beloved and respected brands, including Disney, Mattel, Mastercard, Microsoft, the NFL, Nikon, Qualcomm, and Sony Playstation. He specializes in brand strategy, new product development, marketing innovation, consumer research, and marketing for media, entertainment, and technology. Professor Vincent has received three Golden Apple teaching awards (2021, 2023, and 2024). Before joining the Marshall full-time faculty, Professor Vincent held senior marketing positions at several companies, most recently as Chief Branding Officer at United Talent Agency from 2011-2021, where he founded the agency's award-winning Brand Studio. He is the author of Legendary Brands (2002) and Brand Real (2012), and also produces The Findings Report blog and podcast.
Nandini Rajagopalan is the Joseph A. DeBell Chair in Business Administration and Professor of Management and Organization. Her research examines platform-based markets, diversification and strategic alliances, CEO succession, and corporate governance. She has published in the Academy of Management Review, the Academy of Management Journal, the Strategic Management Journal, the Journal of International Business Studies, the Journal of Management Studies, the Journal of Management, and Business Horizons among others. She is a Distinguished Faculty Fellow at USC’s Center for Excellence in Teaching, and recipient of USC’s Provost’s Mentoring Award. She is past Associate Editor of the Academy of Management Journal.
Dan's research and teaching examines how entrepreneurial processes drive socio-economic change. He has published in leading journals in management (AMJ, SMJ, SEJ, JMS) and business history (BHR, BH, E&S), and is co-editor of Organizations in Time: History, Theory, Methods (Oxford University Press, 2014). Dan is former chair of the AoM Management History Division and currently president-elect of the Business History Conference, the leading business history association in North America. He has received research and teaching awards, most recently the Williamson Prize which is awarded every 2-3 years to a mid-career scholar "who has made significant contributions to business history."
Dawn Porter is a statistician who has published in Management Science and is the coauthor of Basic Econometrics (fifth edition). Prior to joining USC, she served on the faculty at Georgetown University. Professor Porter has consulted for KPMG Consulting, Ginnie Mae, Inc., and Toys R Us.
